The Baking Tab retarder-proofer counter is a comprehensive work station that allows you to comfortably prepare the dough on the Aisi 304 stainless steel worktop and then insert the product into the refrigerated compartment below to start the leavening cycle.
The leavening takes place in a natural and homogeneous way respecting at the same time the baker’s needs, in order to have products ready to be baked and offered to customers freshly made every day.
