Processing related to the web services of this website is carried out at the headquarters of Everlasting Srl and is handled only by technical personnel designated by Everlasting Srl. They will operate on the basis of specific instructions given by the headquarters of the company and related to the purposes and modalities of the processing at the domain and hosting server’s headquarters Aruba - Ponte San Pietro (BG), Via San Clemente n. 53.

Duration: The duration of processing is determined as follows: Your personal data, processed for the abovementioned purposes, will be retained for the period of contract duration and successively for the time during which the Data Controller is subject to retaining obligations for tax or other purposes, as per laws and regulations in force: 10 years from the date of client contract termination (art. 2220 Civil Code establishing the retention of accounting entries for 10 years; art. 22 of Presidential Decree September 29th 1973, n. 600)
