Multi-Lab

MULTI-LAB is a multifunction refrigerator designed to handle every need in the confectionery sector. Thanks to a high cooling capacity, it is able to control positive or negative storage processes with temperatures from + 18°C to -25°C and relative humidity from 40% to 60%.The user can constantly monitor these two parameters so as to have total control over stored products.

 

POSITIVE STORAGE: 0C° + 18C ° - R.H. 40% -60%

NEGATIVE STORAGE: up to -25C °

CHOCOLATE STORAGE: + 14 / 15C ° - R.H. 40% -60%
