iMEAT Giornale is a specialized bimonthly periodical, dedicated to butcher shops and to operators in the meat sector. The goal of iMEAT is to inform about the meat sector and butchery in particular.
 

The article deals with how the aging technique is becoming more and more common in the world of modern catering and how we at Everlasting strongly believe in this market. That is why we have decided to expand our meatico range with new products dedicated to MEAT DRY AGING and FISH AGING.
Furthermore, in order to provide our customers with a complete range, we have decided to create some complementary products to the cabinet dedicated to meat and fish aging, such as STORAGE, the refrigerator dedicated to meat storage.

The aging technique is becoming more and more common in the modern catering world; for this reason, we at Everlasting, have worked hard to enrich our meat range with new models dedicated to MEAT Dry Aging and FISH AGING, as well as to optimum meat STORAGE.
 

Meatico MEAT is our cabinet par excellence, created for the meat dry aging.
This year we wanted to include two more compact sizes next to the larger models: meatico 400 and meatico 150. These two new sizes have been designed to meet the needs of those restaurateurs who are approaching the world of dry aging and have more reduced load requirements.
 

As far as the dry-aging sector is concerned, the big news this year is the Meatico FISH, a model designed specifically for fish aging, a trend that is making its way among the most important chefs around the world with excellent results excellent in terms of culinary proposals. Meatico fish comes from our collaboration with Massimo Nobili, chef and owner of restaurant Nineteen in Brescia, as well as being considered one of the pioneers of this technique.
 

Our models dedicated to aging are professional solutions equipped with cutting-edge functions. The touch display, for example, allows you to manage the temperature, ventilation and humidity parameters, which are essential for obtaining perfect aging, as well as the sanitization of the chamber through the germicidal UVC lamp.
Moreover, thanks to the standard wi-fi module, chefs and restaurateurs can remotely control and manage
all values ​​inside the refrigerator via app or portal.
 

In order to provide our customers with a complete range of solutions to support them both during the meat aging and storage process, we have created a complementary product to the cabinet dedicated to meat dry aging: meatico STORAGE, the refrigerator dedicated to meat storage.
