The history of our company began with the initiative and passion of its founder, Giovanni Guidetti. At only fourteen he attended a professional school and a course for refrigeration technicians in Milan at the headquarters of the U.S. multinational CGE. After working for several years in the industry, he decided to set up business by himself and rely on his skills developed in the field and during the studies. His business idea begins to take shape in 1956, when he founded Everlasting company in Suzzara (Mantova), initially specialized in wooden refrigerated cabinets. Over the years the company has followed the evolution of the market, creating a new generation of refrigerators such as those made entirely of metal and stainless steel. Subsequently, the production has also extended to refrigerated benches, satisfying the demands of complete furnishings for public spaces, bars, butcher shops and grocery stores.

70

The 70's saw the consolidation of production which also extended to the cooling shipbuilding industry.
For the company, this meant to deal with the planning of kitchens, dining rooms, sleeping berths and all the necessary equipment to the furnishing of a ship.
Much of this activity took place within shipyards away from Suzzara.
For employees, this meant to take long trips away from their families. For this reason in the following years it was decided to put an end to this type of work .
Other activities were undertaken in parallel, for example the insulation of vans on behalf of the OM-FIAT Suzzara, and amphibious rescue vehicles for LANCIA of Turin.

80_90

In the 80's a step further was taken. Everlasting was transformed from a sole proprietorship into a limited liability company, becoming Everlasting srl. This marks a milestone for the company: once the work for the "third parties" Fiat and Lancia was put to an end, it could devote itself to the construction of industrial refrigerators.
These years saw the introduction of Giovanni’s sons, Paolo and Giorgio into the company, and new investments were made to give a boost to production.
In 1981 a new production unit was created, the company Cold Mark snc, which dealt exclusively with the assembly of refrigeration systems for the main company Everlasting.
Towards the end of the 90's Everlasting decided to focus exclusively on equipment aimed at the restaurant.

2000

The 2000s represent the consolidation of strategic decisions taken in previous years. Sons Paolo and Giorgio direct the group pursuing the path opened by their father with a new point of view of constant renewal. The production is now concentrated on new innovative products such as blast chillers and equipment with electronic control.

In 2001 the company inaugurated the new Cold Mark headquarters, which by this time focused on the production of modular cold rooms.
