Pizza Benches PROFESSIONAL range
The pizza benches PROFESSIONAL range arise from the need to optimize spaces and to have all the tools within easy reach to allow the preparation of a good pizza, starting with correctly preserved and sheltered ingredients. Our clients are given the choice between a complete bench or the purchase of just some elements in order to better personalize their own pizza-shop. The pizza bench consists of a refrigerated table with
1, 2, 3 or 4 doors with temperature range from -2°C +10°C; a non refrigerated chest of two or seven drawers for 60x40 containers to preserve pizza-doughs, a granite working-top to prepare the mixture and the pizza filling; and an independent refrigerated show-case, with temperature from +2°C +10°C, for the different ingredients and condiments preservation. All models are available with built-in refrigerated unit or pre-arranged with separate condensing unit. Refrigerated show-cases are produced in five lengths and in two different depths for the housing of the different Gastronorm containers.

•Tables are constructed in Stainless Steel AISI 304 18/10 •Inner side with rayed corners and moulded bottom •CFC and HCFC-free 50 mm thick insulation by high density polyurethane foam •mono-block refrigerating unit easily extractable and replaceable for maintenance •air-cooled refrigeration with an innovative indirect system of air distribution to guarantee a perfect uniformity of temperature •Electronic control panel •Completely automatic defrost and evaporation of condense water •Front side suction and ejection of condensing air •Front panel fixed by hinges for ordinary maintenance and condensing unit periodical cleaning •Self closing doors with fitted magnetic gaskets •slide-way and wire-shelfes supports easily removable without using tools •Extractable frames on telescopic slides for the easy moving of pizza containers are available on request •Adjustable in height Stainless Steel feet
