A powerful refrigerating system equipped with a particular air distribution system allows to keep uniform and constant temperature and humidity levels, in order to extend the duration of products.
MEGA 120 UT +2° / +15°C 40% ÷ 80% UR: This device has been expressly developed for storing chocolate and fresh pastry products. An advanced electronic control system allows to adjust internal humidity from 40% to 85%, in order to store chocolate avoiding its oxidation. The same storage device allows to keep the quality and crispness of fresh pastry products for some days. Therefore, this device can be used at its best in any season according to the production of the period
MEGA 120 BT -10° / -25°C: It is the ideal storage device to keep pastry, bakery and ice cream products which have already undergone a chilling/freezing cycle. Its particular air distribution system allows temperature uniformity at each level.
