Refrigerated showcase for starters, sausages, dairy products, wines, beverages, fish, gastronomy and pastry
Structure: The display case is a single block unit. The inside is made of an internal display basin in stainless steel AISI 304 with a 2B finishing and rounded corners for easy cleaning. The outside of both models is composed of a steel sheet and a front section in stainless steel with a SCOTCH BRITE finish. The inner and outer walls are connected by a plastic section that acts as a thermal bridge. The side panels are made of injection-moulded shock-resistant polystyrene. The case is held together and insulated by polyurethane injected at 40 km/m3. The refrigerated showcase stands on a trolley fitted with casters (optional). Depending on the models, there are several combinations of glass surfaces provided with or without lighting system. Refrigerating unit: The refrigerating unit can be installed either under the work surface (JOLLY MA) or under the basin base (JOLLY MB). The refrigerating is static with natural air-cooling. The cooling circuit is controlled cyclic mechanical thermostat that enables defrosting by means o a bulb on the evaporator. The system is also fitted with a condensate evaporator container.
