Thanks to calibrated refrigerating units and to specific canalizations ensuring a correct distribution of air on all levels, your products will always be at the right temperature and relative humidity. Models are available for positive (-2° +10°C) and negative (-10° -25°C) temperature, and for EN 60x40 or EN 60x80 baking pans.
